My version of the Hazel salad from Monza with Chicken (GF)

Romaine,  grilled chicken, mixed green salad, arugula, hazelnuts, caramelized pear, goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes . 

vinaigrette: lemon juice, honey, olive oil,
