My version of the "Chipotle Chicken Bowl" (Vegetarian option, Keto)

A delicious Bowl with rice and salad, with your choice of protein and topped with sautéed veggies and a fresh tomato salsa and a chipotle sauce, 

Romaine lettuce, chicken breast (marinade: chili, lime, olive oil,salt and pepper),  avocado, lime, cilantro scented rice or cauliflower, tomatoes, tofu (vegetarian option), broccoli, sautéed peppers and onions, chipotle sauce (mayo, chipotle, greek yogurt, cilantro, lime ).
