Pizza Party (makes 5 rectangular pizzas)

1- Classic Margherita (fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil)

2- Pesto and Bocconcini (pesto, fresh bocconcini)

3- Formaggio and Pepperoni (Mozzarella, Provolone and Romano) and Pepperoni )

4- Prosciutto, Fig and Arugula: Prosciutto, fig preserves, arugula, and fresh mozzarella, small bottle of balsamic reduction.

5-  Pepper, Onion and Italian Sausage: Tomato sauce, peppers, red onion, italian mild sausage, shredded cheese. 

The ingredients can be kept in the fridge and made up to one week later so you don't have to prepare them all at once. Makes a great quick meal during the week.
