Freshly roasted salmon, mashed sweet potato, green onion, peppers, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, mayo, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt.

Each serving is 8 oz of salmon (2 cakes) and tastes delicious cold served on a bed of salad.
